Palazzo Barbaro Wolkoff, also known as Palazzo Contarini Polignac, is a Venetian residential building in the Dorsoduro district of Venice, Italy. It overlooks the Grand Canal between Ca' Dario and Casa Salviati. It was initially built in the Venetian-Byzantine style, and in the 15th century it was renovated with Gothic elements. It has five levels.

The facade is made almost entirely of red brick and is highly asymmetrical, with strong vertical development. The main floor features a polifora with pointed frames. The upper levels have monofora, bifora, trifora and quadrifora windows, all placed asymmetrically.

In 1883 the Russian watercolorist, botanist and chemist Alexander Wolkoff acquired the palazzo. He had a lasting relationship with the Italian actress Eleonora Duse, who lived on the top floor as his guest in 1894.
