The Palace Theatre is a Grade II* listed West End theater on Shaftesbury Avenue in the City of Westminster, London. Its red-brick façade dominates the west side of Cambridge Circus. Richard D'Oyly Carte commissioned it in the late 1880s to host English grand opera, and Thomas Edward Collcutt designed it.

It opened as the Royal English Opera House in January 1891, but it was sold within a year and converted into a music hall by Walter Emden. It was renamed the Palace Theatre in 1911.

Its design uses steel cantilevers instead of supporting pillars, and tiers of concrete for fire safety. Today it seats 1,400 across four levels, is owned by Nimax Theatres, and stages Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
