The Pakistan Monument stands on the Shakarparian Hills in Islamabad, Pakistan. Architect Arif Masoud designed it. The Ministry of Culture organized the design competition and owns the monument. The foundation stone was laid on May 25, 2004, construction was completed in 2006, and the monument was inaugurated on March 23, 2007.

The monument is 58 feet (17.7 meters) high and sits on a site of 6.9 acres (2.8 hectares). It uses granite petals, a black granite star and a stainless steel crescent.

Seven petals represent Pakistan's cultures and minorities. The article does not name an architectural style. The monument is owned by the Ministry of Culture, which organized the competition, and the article lists petals, a star and a crescent as its elements.
