Oslo City Hall was designed by Arnstein Arneberg and Magnus Poulsson for Oslo Municipality. The infobox gives 1931 to 1950. The text says the ground-stone ceremony was in September 1931 but construction began in February 1933, with a wartime interruption. The hall opened on May 15, 1950.

The article describes Functionalism shaping the final design after earlier plans. The walls are red brick, with bricks of about 27.5 by 13 by 8.5 centimeters made by Hovin Teglverk. The infobox gives a height of 66 meters (217 ft), while the towers measure 63 and 66 m. The main hall is about 102 feet (31 m) wide, 128 feet (39 m) long and 69 feet (21 m) high.

The sculpture park was completed in the 1960s. The building houses the Oslo City Council, the city administration and other municipal organizations, and it hosts the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony each December. The article gives no visiting details.
