Ordrupgaard is an art museum north of Copenhagen, near Jægersborg Dyrehave. Gotfred Tvede designed the neoclassical main house, built from 1916 to 1918 for Wilhelm and Henny Hansen, and Valdemar Fabricius Hansen designed the park. Henny left the collection, house and park to the Danish State, and it opened as a museum in 1953.
Zaha Hadid's 1,150 square meter extension, described as deconstructivist and organic, was inaugurated on August 30, 2005. It uses glass and black lava concrete. Snøhetta's underground extension followed on August 13, 2021. Finn Juhl's functionalist house next door joined the museum on April 3, 2008.
The collection holds Danish and French art from the 19th and early 20th centuries. The grounds include an English-style park, a rose garden, a conservatory and the Lavender House.
