Opus Hong Kong is a luxury residential building at 53 Stubbs Road in the Mid-Levels, designed by Frank Gehry with Ronald Lu and Partners. It was Gehry's first Asian residential project. Swire Properties developed it, and it was completed in 2012. The article lists the style as Deconstructivism, or Postmodernism. It names no materials and no start date.
The building has 12 storeys and a roof height of 42.62 meters (139.8 feet), on a site of 3,020 square meters. There are 12 residential units of about 560 to 640 square meters each. Two duplex units have pools. Rainwater is recycled for irrigation, and the garage has electric car charging.
In August 2012 an apartment covering the entire eighth floor sold for HK$470 million, then Hong Kong's most expensive. The British Consul-General has lived in the building since 2013.
