The Opéra de Monte-Carlo was designed by Charles Garnier, who also designed the Palais Garnier in Paris. Prince Charles III and the Société des Bains de Mer were the clients, as part of the Monte Carlo Casino. It was built in about eight and a half months and opened on January 25, 1879. The page has no infobox, so no dates conflict.
The article calls the style ornate and heavily influenced by the Palais Garnier, and artists including Gustave Boulanger worked on both. It names no materials. It seats 524, far fewer than the roughly 2,000 at the Palais Garnier.
Henri Schmit remodeled the stage in 1898 and 1899. The 2004 to 2005 renovation moved operas to the Grimaldi Forum. A complete French-language Ring cycle was staged in 1909. It is the home of the opera company, which presents five or six operas per season. The article gives no hours.
