One Za'abeel in the Za'abeel district of Dubai was designed by Nikken Sekkei for the developer Ithra Dubai, a subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Dubai. The contractor was ALEC. Construction began in January 2016 and was completed in December 2023, and it opened on February 10, 2024. The article describes it as modern.

Two towers are joined by The Link, a bridge 230 meters long set 100 meters above ground. Tower 2 is 305 meters with 68 floors, and Tower 1 is 235 meters with 59 floors. The article gives the cantilever as 66 or 67.5 meters, and Guinness named it the longest cantilevered building on March 1, 2024.

The structure is a steel-and-concrete composite. It holds offices, a One&Only vertical resort, a SIRO hotel, residences and dining, with an infinity pool atop The Link. The article gives no hours.
