One Thousand Museum is a residential tower at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, across from Museum Park. Zaha Hadid Architects started the design, and O'Donnell Dannwolf Partners served as architect of record. The developer was 1000 Biscayne Tower, LLC. Construction began in 2015, the tower topped out in February 2018 and it was completed in 2019. The article names no style.
It has 62 stories and reaches 707 feet (215 m). An exoskeleton of about 5,000 pieces of glass fiber reinforced concrete, shipped from Dubai, wraps the glass facade and carries structural loads. Foundation piles run more than 170 feet (52 m) deep, a Miami-Dade record at the time.
The tower holds 84 residences, a rooftop pool under a curving metal ceiling and a spa. It is nicknamed the "Scorpion Tower" and was one of Hadid's final projects. The article gives no public access.
