The Olympiastadion in Berlin was designed by Werner March for the 1936 Olympics, commissioned by the Nazi government with state funds. The infobox also lists Albert Speer and Friedrich Wilhelm Krahe, but the text names neither. Construction ran from 1934 to 1936, and the stadium opened on August 1, 1936.

The article names no style. The lower structure sits about 39 feet (12 m) below ground, and the pitch is 344 by 223 feet (105 by 68 m). The 2000 to 2004 renovation added a roof with transparent panels, using 3,500 tons of steel and about 70,000 cubic meters of concrete, and refurbished the natural stone.

Capacity was about 110,000 before the renovation and is 74,475 seats now. The infobox gives a 95,000 record attendance, while the text cites over 100,000 at a 1936 baseball game. The article gives no hours or ticket policy.
