The Norwegian Olympic Museum is at Maihaugen in Lillehammer, Norway. It originally opened on November 27, 1997, in Håkons Hall, opened by King Harald V and Queen Sonja. In 2016 it reopened as a new modern museum at Maihaugen.

The collection includes more than 7,000 Olympic items, covering Olympic history from ancient times to the modern Games. It is described as the only museum in northern Europe that presents the entire history of the Olympic Games. A special focus is the 1952 Oslo Winter Olympics and the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics.

Visitors find interactive installations, multimedia presentations and original objects. Temporary exhibitions cover sports history and athletic achievement, and dedicated sections cover the Paralympics and the Youth Olympics.
