Besix was the main contractor, and the developers were TRS Ontwikkeling and Vesteda. The article names no owner and gives no materials.

The tower has 45 floors, a roof at 158.4 m (520 ft) and a spire at 163 m (535 ft). Floor area is 42,750 m². It holds 238 residential units and three lifts. Residents share a swimming pool, saunas and a gym, and commercial space includes the LantarenVenster cinema.
