NEMA Chicago, at 1210 South Indiana Avenue, was designed by Rafael Viñoly, with interiors by David Rockwell. The developer is Crescent Heights, which also manages it. Chicago's Plan Commission approved it on November 19, 2015, and residents began moving in during the second quarter of 2019. The article quotes a critic calling the style Millennium Modern, but names no formal style.

The tower has 76 stories and a roof height of 896 feet (273 m). Its frame is nine interlocked steel tubes, a bundled-tube design that refers to Willis Tower. It has about 800 units and 70,000 square feet (6,500 m²) of amenities. It is LEED Silver certified.

It stands at the southwest corner of Grant Park and is Chicago's tallest all-rental residential building. It is private housing.
