The National Library Building at 100 Victoria Street is the flagship of Singapore's National Library Board. T. R. Hamzah & Yeang, the firm co-founded by Ken Yeang, won the design contract awarded by the Ministry of National Development. The article gives no style. The library moved in on July 22, 2005, and President S. R. Nathan opened it on November 12, 2005. It cost S$208 million.

Two 16-story blocks, about 338 feet (103 m) tall, are linked by bridges and sit over three basements. Old bricks from the former library were reused. A bubble-shaped rooftop space called The Pod gives 360-degree views for events.

It holds over 2.5 million items and is called the largest public library in Southeast Asia. The Lee Kong Chian Reference Library fills levels 7 to 13, and a lending library sits in the first basement. The Central Public Library reopened in January 2024.
