The National Forum of Music, or NFM, stands at pl. Wolności 1 in Liberty Square in central Wrocław, near the historic Wrocław Opera. Kuryłowicz & Associates designed it. Construction started in 2009 and the venue opened in 2015. The article gives no style, materials or owner.

The building covers 48,500 square meters, with six floors above ground and three underground. It holds a concert hall of 1,800 seats and three chamber halls of 250 to 450 seats. The article calls it one of the largest and most modern music venues in Poland.

The institution was created in 2014 by merging Wratislavia Cantans and the Wrocław Philharmonic. It hosts the NFM Wrocław Philharmonic, the NFM Choir and festivals such as Jazztopad and Musica Polonica Nova. It was key to Wrocław's role as a 2016 European Capital of Culture. The article gives no hours.
