Museum Willet-Holthuysen is an art museum at Herengracht 605 on the canal ring of Amsterdam. The house was built around 1685 for Jacob Hop, a mayor of Amsterdam. In 1739 its exterior was redesigned in the then-fashionable Louis XIV style.

In 1895 the owner, Louisa Holthuysen, left the building and its contents, including art collected with her husband Abraham Willet, to the city, on condition that it become a museum bearing their names. Three floors are open to the public: the souterrain with its kitchen and garden, the first-floor bel-étage, and the top floor.

Notable features include a blue room with paintings by Jacob de Wit, flower paintings by Adriana Johanna Haanen, a French-style garden and a kitchen with its original tiled walls.
