The Museum of Liverpool stands on Mann Island at the Pier Head. 3XN designed it, with Buro Happold as engineer and Galliford Try as builder. It cost £72 million and opened on June 19, 2011. It is part of National Museums Liverpool and replaced the Museum of Liverpool Life. The article names no style, materials or owner.

It offers 8,000 square meters of exhibition space with more than 6,000 objects. Four galleries cover The Great Port, Global City, People's Republic and Wondrous Place. Other spaces include Little Liverpool for under-sixes, a 180-seat theater and a gallery for the King's Regiment.

It hosted a G7 foreign ministers' summit on December 10 to 12, 2021, and had 949,762 visitors in 2025. The article gives no hours.
