Museum de Fundatie is a visual arts museum in Zwolle, in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1958 and is part of the Hannema-de Stuers Foundation. The Zwolle building is a former Palace of Justice, designed by Eduard Louis de Coninck in the Neoclassical style between 1838 and 1841.

Arne Mastenbroek and Gunnar Daan renovated it, and Bierman Henket added an egg-shaped extension in 2012 and 2013. The collection has more than 7,000 objects from the late Middle Ages to the present, including works by Chagall, Mondrian and Van Gogh.

The museum began at Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, a manor near Heino and Wijhe that was the home of the founder, Dirk Hannema. The Nijenhuis sculpture garden has more than ninety sculptures.
