Museo Jumex in the Polanco district of Mexico City was designed by David Chipperfield Architects and opened in November 2013. It shows the contemporary art collection of Eugenio López Alonso, which the article says he owns. The building is part of the Plaza Carso mixed-use development, across the street from Museo Soumaya. The article names no style, start date or construction dates.

It has 1,600 square meters (17,000 sq ft) of exhibition space, public meeting and leisure areas, and uses domestically sourced materials. The collection holds about 2,800 works, by artists including Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, Gabriel Orozco and Gego.

A Jannis Kounellis retrospective drew more than 250,000 visitors in 2023. A Damien Hirst retrospective marked the tenth anniversary in 2024. The article says the entrance fee was abolished during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it does not give the current policy or hours.
