The Municipal House in Prague was designed by Osvald Polívka and Antonín Balšánek. The article names no client. The text says construction started in 1905 and the building opened in 1912, and the infobox lists only the 1912 opening, so the sources do not conflict.

The article calls the style Art Nouveau. The exterior uses stucco and allegorical art, with Karel Špillar's mosaic Homage to Prague over the entrance and sculpture groups by Ladislav Šaloun. Smetana Hall has a glass dome and artwork by Alfons Mucha, Jan Preisler and Max Švabinský. It gives no dimensions.

The Czechoslovak declaration of independence was made here in 1918. It is a concert hall, ballroom and civic building with a café, restaurants and bars. Many rooms are open only on guided tours. The article gives no hours.
