The Museo Universitario Arte Contemporáneo, or MUAC, opened in November 2008 on the main campus of UNAM in Mexico City. Teodoro González de León designed it. The article describes a minimalist inclined glass facade that contrasts with the mostly 1970s buildings around it, and it gives no construction dates or dimensions. It names no client beyond the campus setting.

The halls are spacious, with high ceilings suited to many media. The museum belongs to the University Cultural Center. On its esplanade stands La espiga, a carbon steel sculpture by Rufino Tamayo, more than 18 meters tall.

The museum aims to be a reference for Mexican art made after 1968, and its collection includes more than 300 artists. The article calls it the first Mexican public museum devoted only to art of the 21st century. It counted 1,066,511 visitors in 2016. It gives no hours or admission details.
