The Millennium Cross stands on top of Vodno Mountain above Skopje, North Macedonia. The Macedonian Orthodox Church commissioned it with government backing, and the church, the government and Macedonian donors paid for it. Construction began in 2002, and a dedication was held that August. The article also says completion came in 2019. It does not name a designer.

The cross is 217 feet (66 meters) tall and has a grid design in a traditional cross shape. Its base has twelve columns that represent the apostles.

An internal elevator serves the structure, and lighting illuminates it at night. The article does not state its materials. The article describes it as one of the largest crosses in the world, and it rises above the city of Skopje.
