Milad Tower in Tehran was designed by Mohammad Reza Hafezi for Yadman Sazeh, which represents the Municipality of Tehran, with Boland Payeh Co. as contractor. Construction ran from 1997 to 2007, and it opened on October 7, 2008. The text also cites 1975 construction under the Shah.

The article describes an octagonal base that refers to traditional Iranian architecture and names no style. The shaft is concrete, and the steel head weighs about 25,000 tonnes. The tower is 1,427 feet (435 m) high, the roof is at 1,033 feet (315 m), the head has 12 floors, and total floor area is 1.66 million square feet (154,000 m²).

It was renamed Milad Tower in 2001. After the first eight years only 40 percent was done, and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf accelerated the rest, built in 30 months. It serves telecommunications, commercial, restaurant and observation uses. The article gives no hours.
