The Mihrimah Sultan Mosque in Üsküdar, Istanbul, is a Sunni mosque designed by Mimar Sinan. Construction began around 1543 or 1544 and was completed in 1548. The mosque is named for Mihrimah Sultan, the subject of an endowment deed dated 1550, though the article does not say outright that she commissioned it. The deed concerns properties in Anatolia and Rumelia whose revenues were to cover the mosque's expenses.

The outer dome stands 79 feet (24.2 m) high and measures 37 feet (11.4 m) across. The mosque has two minarets and is built of ashlar. The article lists an ablution fountain, a minbar and mihrab, a dome interior and a graveyard among its features.

The article names no architectural style and describes no damage or restoration. It places the mosque in Üsküdar in photo captions and in Istanbul in its location field, and its dates and dimensions show no conflicts.
