Marquis Miami is a 67-story mixed-use tower at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard in northeastern downtown Miami, Florida, on Biscayne Bay across from Museum Park. Arquitectonica designed it, with DeSimone Consulting Engineers as structural engineer. It rises 702 feet (214 m).

Construction started in 2005, the tower topped out in March 2008, and it was completed in 2009. Floors 1–3 hold retail and hotel space, floors 5–14 hold parking, hotel units and amenities, and floors 15–64 are residential. Floors 65–67 are upper penthouse levels.

The tower has a pool, spa and gym, and many of its penthouses on the 64th level span three or four levels. It sits next to the Eleventh Street Metromover Station. It is the fifth-tallest building in Miami and Florida, behind Panorama Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Southeast Financial Center and One Thousand Museum.
