The Market Hall in Rotterdam's Binnenrotte was designed by MVRDV, with Royal HaskoningDHV as structural engineer and Octatube for the facade. Provast was the developer, but the article names no owner or style. Construction began in October 2009, and it opened on October 1, 2014. The cost was €178 million.

The horseshoe-like arch is 40 m high, with 11 floors, four of them below ground. Grey natural stone, glass facades on a steel cable structure and perforated aluminum panels make up the exterior. The cable structure is 34 m high and 42 m wide.

It holds 228 apartments, 4,600 square meters of retail and 1,600 square meters of food and drink space. The 11,000 square meter ceiling artwork, Hoorn des Overvloeds by Arno Coenen and Iris Roskam, is its centerpiece. A garage holds over 1,200 cars. Excavation uncovered a buried village and a tenth-century farm.
