Marina One is a mixed-use development in Marina South, part of Singapore's Downtown Core. Christoph Ingenhoven of Ingenhoven Architects designed it for M+S Pte Ltd, a joint venture of Khazanah Nasional and Temasek Holdings. Groundbreaking was July 11, 2012 and the design was unveiled on February 19, 2013. It was inaugurated on January 15, 2018, though the article gives no completion year. It calls the style neofuturistic.

It totals about 3.67 million square feet. Two 34-story residential towers hold 1,042 units, and two 30-story office towers face them. A retail podium called The Heart is landscaped with greenery, waterfalls and rooftop gardens. The residences share a 65,000-square-foot Green Heart with a 164-foot (50 m) lap pool.

The office towers and residences hold BCA Green Mark Platinum, and the offices have LEED Platinum. Tenants include Prudential, MUFG Bank and PwC Singapore.
