Malmö Live is a district of culture and business at Dag Hammarskjölds torg 4, just north of the canal on Universitetsholmen in Malmö. Schmidt Hammer Lassen designed it, and Skanska built it. A 2008 competition led to the plan, and construction began in 2012. It was inaugurated on June 4, 2015, though the article's sources disagree on the opening date. It names no style or materials.

The block covers 90,000 square meters. The tallest building is 279 feet (85 m) with 25 floors, and locals call the area Malmhattan. The concert hall seats 1,600, and the congress hall holds 1,500 with 24 conference rooms. The cost was estimated at 1.4 billion kronor.

It is home to the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, a convention center, the Clarion hotel, offices and homes. The site is reclaimed harbor land. The article gives no hours.
