Lotte Center Hanoi, also called the Hanoi City Complex, stands in the Ba Đình district of Hanoi. Callison Architecture did the schematic design, and Junglim Architecture Vietnam did the design development and construction documents. Thornton Tomasetti was the engineer. Construction started in 2010, and the complex was completed on 2 September 2014. Callison describes the style as modern.

The tower rises 892 feet (272 meters) and has 65 floors. It is the third tallest building in Vietnam, after Landmark 81 and the Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower.

The complex mixes uses. It has offices, a five-star hotel, serviced residences, the Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, restaurants and a spa. The Top of Hanoi observation deck is on the 65th floor, and there is a rooftop bar above it.
