Leeza SOHO in Beijing's Lize Financial Business District was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, credited to Zaha Hadid and Patrik Schumacher. SOHO China bought the land use rights in 2013. Construction began in 2015, the tower topped out in September 2017, and it opened on November 19, 2019. The article names no style.

The roof is 207 meters (679 ft) high, with 46 floors above ground and four below, and 172,800 square meters of floor area. Its twisting atrium turns 45 degrees over the height of the building, and the article calls it the tallest in the world. A double-insulated glass facade is mentioned, with four sky bridges and structural rings at each level.

It is the third SOHO China building by Hadid in Beijing, after Galaxy SOHO and Wangjing SOHO. Lize Shangwuqu station serves it. The article gives no hours.
