Laykyun Sekkya is a standing Buddha statue at Khatakan Taung, near Monywa in the Sagaing Region of Myanmar. Construction began in 1996 and finished on February 21, 2008. The article says Chief Abbot Ven. Nãradã commissioned it, though that claim lacks a citation. The designer is not stated.

The statue is 381 feet (116 meters) tall, or 424 feet (129.2 meters) with its base. A reclining Buddha beside it shows the Mahaparinirvana scene, the Buddha's final passing.

It was the world's tallest statue for a few months in 2008, until the Spring Temple Buddha was completed in September of that year. As of May 2026 it ranks third tallest. The article gives no visiting details or materials.
