The elliptical structure is about 88 m long and 66 m wide, 70 m high, with 5,000 m² of floor area. White steel rib-cage arches support a glass roof along the spine, and a movable structure controls natural light. Capacity reaches 6,075 people depending on the configuration.

The Valencia Open 500 ATP tennis tournament was held here from 2009 to 2015. Enric Ruiz-Geli won a 2018 competition to convert it into CaixaForum Valencia, at an estimated €18 million. The article gives no hours or admission.
