The Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium in San Sebastián was designed by Rafael Moneo. The article names no client, but a public consortium formed after the land passed to public hands, and the Basque Government was to fund 16 percent of costs. The infobox gives only the 1999 opening. The text says design ran from 1991 to 1994, approval came in 1995 and building ran from 1996 to 1999.

The article names no style and describes two large prismatic cubes rising from a platform. They use double translucent glass panels on a metal structure. The main auditorium seats 1,800, though another section says 1,806, and the Chamber Hall seats 600.

It won the 2001 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture. It hosts the San Sebastián International Film Festival, congresses, concerts and exhibitions, and it has a restaurant, shops and a car park. The article gives no hours.
