The Kunsthal in Rotterdam was designed by Rem Koolhaas of OMA, with Fuminori Hoshino as project architect. It opened in 1992, which the infobox and text agree on. The article names no client, style, materials or construction dates. It stands in Museumpark next to the Natural History Museum Rotterdam.

The building has about 36,000 square feet (3,300 square meters) with seven exhibition spaces, an auditorium and a café. It has no permanent collection and hosts temporary exhibitions, including works by Chuck Close, Andy Warhol and Arne Quinze. Wim van Krimpen was the first director.

On October 16, 2012, seven paintings by Monet, Picasso, Matisse, Gauguin and others were stolen. Suspects were arrested in Romania in July 2013, and the paintings' fate is unclear. The infobox reports 187,482 visitors in 2013. Trams 8 and 20 serve the area. The article gives no hours.
