Kultaranta in Naantali was designed by Lars Sonck. The text says Alfred Kordelin had the manor built for himself in 1914, while the infobox lists him as main contractor. The text gives no style, though it calls the park a mini-Versailles. The manor is granite, and marble steps lead to the tower.
The tower has views of Naantali and the nearby islands. The park covers 140 acres (56 hectares), with greenhouses of about 1,000 square meters, outbuildings and a rose garden called Medaljonki with about 3,500 roses.
Kordelin died in 1917 and ownership passed to the University of Turku. In 1922 the Finnish Parliament voted to acquire it as the president's summer residence, and it still serves that role. The parks and rose garden are open to the public, with garden tours organized through the city of Naantali. The article gives no hours.
