Kremsmünster Abbey in Austria was founded in 777 by Duke Tassilo III of Bavaria. Jakob Prandtauer built the premises, and Carlo Antonio Carlone designed the library, built from 1680 to 1689. The church was completed in 1277 and remodeled in Baroque style after 1613, with the interior redecorated from 1680 to 1720. The page has no infobox.

The article says the church began in late Romanesque and early Gothic styles. The building program largely reused older materials. The south wing is about 951 feet (290 m) long, and the Mathematical Tower is 167 feet (51 m) high.

The Nazis stored looted art there in World War II. The monks run a school, and the library holds about 160,000 volumes. The Tassilo Chalice is in the treasury. The article gives no hours.
