The Kailashnath Mahadev Statue stands at Suryabinayak in the Bhaktapur District of Nepal, about 12 miles (20 kilometers) from Kathmandu. It depicts Lord Shiva. Kamal Jain and Hilltake, a company he leads as CEO, built it. Construction began in 2003. The infobox lists completion as 2010 and the text lists 2011, and the article says it opened on June 21, 2011.

The statue is 143 feet (44 meters) tall. It is built of steel bars, concrete, zinc and copper. Its foundation is about 100 feet (30 meters) deep, and ground-stabilization structures guard against landslides.

About 5,000 visitors come on weekdays, with more on weekends and festivals. The article does not name a sculptor.
