Kachanivka Palace in Chernihiv Oblast was designed by Karl Blank in Neoclassical style for Pyotr Rumyantsev, Catherine II's viceroy of Little Russia, who built it as one of his country estates. The text says the residence was erected in the 1770s, and the infobox gives no dates. The church, orangery, aviary, water tower and other buildings date from the 19th century.
The article names no materials or dimensions. The manor stands on the bank of the Smosh River near Petrushivka and has an English park. It is an Immovable Monument of National Significance and has been a national cultural preserve since 1982.
After Nikolay Rumyantsev's death the property passed to the Tarnovsky family, and Vasyl Tarnovsky collected weapons once owned by Ukrainian hetmans. The Soviets nationalized it for use as a penal colony and tuberculosis hospital, yet the manor and park are well preserved. The article gives no hours.
