The Jay Pritzker Pavilion is a bandshell in Millennium Park, at 201 E. Randolph Street in Chicago, designed by Frank Gehry for the city. Gehry accepted the commission in April 1999. Construction ran from June 1999 to July 2004, and it opened on July 16, 2004. The cost was about $60 million, with $15 million from a Pritzker family donation. The article names no style.

Brushed stainless steel forms a headdress and ribbons over the stage, and a steel pipe trellis spans 600 by 300 feet to carry a sound system. The orchestra shell is 100 feet wide and 50 feet tall. Capacity is 11,000, with 4,000 fixed seats and a 95,000 square foot Great Lawn.

The BP Pedestrian Bridge buffers street noise. Admission has been free for most events, including Grant Park Music Festival concerts.
