Grin Grin is a building in Island City Central Park in Fukuoka, Japan, designed by Toyo Ito and completed in 2005. The park covers 15.3 hectares (38 acres) and runs 1.7 kilometers (1.1 miles) through a 400-hectare artificial island in Hakata Bay. Grin Grin was the first building on the island. The client was the City of Fukuoka, together with private investors.

The building has 5,033 square meters (about 54,000 square feet) of floor area on a site of 129,170 square meters. It is made of three irregular, organic forms with concrete shells, and part of each shell is glazed. Concrete, steel and glass are the main materials.

A hilly roof landscape forms a rooftop promenade, reached by meandering steel walkways. Plants spread over the roof and into the interior, which blurs the line between building and ground. Inside is a greenhouse with subtropical plants and spaces where visitors can learn about growing plants.

This building has no Wikipedia article. Facts come from Archiweb, Toyo Ito and Associates.
