Ikuta Shrine is a Shinto shrine in the Chūō ward of Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, dedicated to the deity Wakahiru-me. According to the Nihon Shoki, Empress Jingū founded it at the beginning of the 3rd century, after she nearly died in a shipwreck on her return from the Korean campaign. It may be among Japan's oldest shrines.

The shrine's main hall is a listed building. Its grounds were originally much larger, before Kobe grew up around them. Ikasuri Shrine and Watatsumi Shrine were founded at the same time.

Fighting from the Battle of Ichi-no-Tani during the Genpei War took place in and around the shrine, and markers in the Ikuta forest behind it commemorate those events. The Noh plays Ebira and Ikuta Atsumori are performed at its Autumn Festival.
