The IAC Building at 555 West 18th Street in Chelsea was designed by Frank Gehry, with Adamson Associates as architect of record. It was Gehry's first full-building design in New York City. Georgetown Company developed it for IAC, and Turner Construction built it between 2005 and 2007. The article names no style.

The tower is 145 ft (44 m) tall with ten floors. Its clustered, twisted sections resemble a beehive, topped by a smaller bundle. Barry Diller required a smooth glass facade instead of the wrinkled titanium Gehry first planned. The full-height windows fade from clear to white at the edges of each story. The lobby once held the world's largest high-definition screen.

IAC bought the land beneath the building in 2023 for $80 million. It is the company's headquarters, and the article gives no public access details.
