The current Hotel Adlon in Berlin was designed by Rainer Michael Klotz of Patzschke Klotz & Partners, and Günter Behnisch designed the rear wings. Fundus Fonds, a West German investment firm, developed it between 1995 and 1997, and Kempinski holds a long-term lease and runs the hotel. It opened on August 23, 1997. The original hotel's opening date is October 24, 1907 in the infobox and October 23 in the text.

The article says the current building is only loosely inspired by the original, which blended Neo-Baroque and Louis XVI styles. It gives no materials. The infobox lists seven floors and 382 rooms, while the text lists 307 guest rooms plus 78 suites.

The Adlon Palais opened in 2003 and the Adlon Residenz in 2004. The pool and fitness area reopened in September 2024. It is a luxury hotel with restaurants, bars, a coffee shop and a spa. The article gives no hours.
