The Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku was designed by Yuzef Kadimov, with G. I. Bely as structural engineer. The infobox and text agree that work began in 1977 and finished in 1989, and the infobox gives an opening in 1990. The article names no client, style or original materials.

The complex covers 18,000 square meters. Capacity is 8,000 in the infobox and text, but a later passage refers to a 7,500-seat auditorium after renovation. It stands on Tbilisi Avenue between the Hyatt Hotel and the Grand Hotel Europe.

Serbian firm SERBAZ renovated it in 2006, and it was then used as a national gymnastics centre. Later work replaced the glazing in 2006, and the lighting and acoustic system in 2013 to 2015 for the 2015 European Games. It has hosted about 40 international competitions. The article gives no hours.
