Het Zinneke is a bronze sculpture by Tom Frantzen, installed in 1999 in the City of Brussels near the Halles Saint-Géry. It stands at the junction of Rue des Chartreux and Rue du Vieux-Marché-aux-Grains. The article does not name a client or give its dimensions.

It shows a dog urinating against a bollard, modeled on the Manneken Pis and the Jeanneke Pis. Unlike those statues, it is not connected to a fountain. Zinneke is a Brusselian dialect word for a mutt, and the name reflects the local folk humor known as zwanze.

Residents reported it stolen in March 2007, but they had taken it for repairs after vandals tried to tear it out, and Frantzen repaired it and put it back. A car struck it on August 1, 2015, breaking both legs. It was restored and returned on September 24, 2015.
