Harbour Centre is a tower at 555 West Hastings Street in downtown Vancouver. It was designed by WZMH Architects and opened on 13 August 1977. The style is described as Brutalist and Modernist. It rises 482 feet (147 meters), and its observation deck sits higher still.

The tower has a 360-degree observation deck and the Top of Vancouver revolving restaurant. Glass elevators reach the deck in about 40 seconds. The Simpsons-Sears department store occupied the building until it closed in 1987. During the dot-com boom of the 1990s it housed several technology firms, and the Canadian Coast Guard radio operated there until 2015.

It was the tallest building in British Columbia by pinnacle height until the Living Shangri-La was completed in 2009. Simon Fraser University's downtown campus is in the adjoining Spencer building.
