Habo Church is a wooden church in the town of Habo in Jönköping County, Sweden. It belongs to the Church of Sweden and the Diocese of Skara. It was built in 1680 and consecrated that year, and it received its present appearance in 1723. It is a wooden church in the form of a basilica, with a high nave and two lower side aisles. Its resemblance to a cathedral has earned it the nickname Wooden Cathedral Near Vättern.

The interior was painted from 1741 to 1743 by Johan Kinnerius and Johan Christian Peterson, two artists from Jönköping. The paintings illustrate Martin Luther's catechism.

In 2002 the Swedish Post Office reproduced images of four churches, including this one, on a Christmas stamp series titled Romantic Churches at Christmastime.
