Guoco Tower, formerly Tanjong Pagar Centre, is a mixed-use skyscraper at 1 Wallich Street in Singapore's Tanjong Pagar district. Architects 61 and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed it for GuocoLand, which also has its Singapore headquarters there. Arup was the structural engineer and Samsung C&T the main contractor. Construction began in 2013 and finished in 2016.

The tower has 65 floors, 45 lifts and about 1.7 million square feet (158,000 m²) of floor area. Its height is given as 950 feet (290 m) in one place and 931 feet (283.7 m) in another. It combines offices, the Wallich Residence apartments, a Sofitel hotel, a mall and a rooftop Urban Park.

Since 2016 it has been the tallest building in Singapore, surpassing UOB Plaza, One Raffles Place and Republic Plaza. It is the only skyscraper exempt from the city's 280-meter height restriction. The design won the 2014 World Architecture News Mixed-Use Award for future projects.
