The Guadiana International Bridge crosses the Guadiana River between Castro Marim in Portugal and Ayamonte in Spain. It is the southernmost land crossing on the Portugal-Spain border. José Luis Câncio Martins designed it. Huarte S.A. and Teixeira Duarte built it, and it opened on August 22, 1991.

It is a cable-stayed bridge with a prestressed concrete deck. The total length is 2,185 feet (666 meters), the main span is 1,063 feet (324 meters), and the clearance below the deck is 66 feet (20 meters). The towers stand 312 feet (95 meters) and 315 feet (96 meters) tall. The Spanish tower stands on an artificial island in the riverbed.

It carries four lanes of the A22 in Portugal and the A-49 in Spain, for vehicles only, and forms part of European route E1. The article ranks it as the third-longest bridge in Portugal.
