The Grand Mosque of Makhachkala, also called Yusuf Bei Camii, is the main mosque of the Republic of Dagestan. The infobox gives its style as Ottoman, and the article says its design follows Istanbul's Blue Mosque. It is the focal point of the city's main street, Imam Shamil Avenue. The article names no architect.

Construction began in 1991, financed by a wealthy Turkish family, and the mosque was completed and consecrated in 1998. Its first imam was Turk Hafiz Aydin. A reconstruction from 2004 to 2007 increased its capacity, and in July 2007 a telethon raised more than 25 million rubles for the expansion and the surrounding area.

It has 57 domes and two minarets, each 137 feet (42 m) tall. The article gives a capacity of 17,000 worshippers, but its reconstruction passage says it was expanded to 15,000. It gives no visiting details.
